• From business owners (you): business name, website address, your name, work email, and mobile number – collected through our intake form so we can build and deliver your custom lead engine preview.
• From your website visitors (your prospects): the details they choose to submit through the lead magnets we build for you – typically name, phone number, email, location (town or Eircode), and the answers they give to qualifying questions.
• Technical data: standard browser and usage information such as IP address, device type, and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics.

3. Why we collect it (our legal basis)

• Contract: to build, deliver, and maintain the lead engine you request from us.
• Consent: to send you a free prototype preview and follow-up communications. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

Lead details captured by your lead engine are sent directly to the inbox you nominate when we set up your tool. You control where your prospects' details are delivered. When we test landing pages, we use an auto-purge workflow so test leads are forwarded to your inbox without being stored in our working accounts.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your business contact details for as long as we provide services to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any follow-up. Test leads are not stored. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
