1. What we provide

Klikon.ie designs, builds, and hosts custom lead magnets – including quote calculators, qualifying quizzes, free guides, and diagnostic tools – and embeds them behind a single button on your existing website. We route the leads these tools capture to the email inbox you nominate.

2. Free preview

We offer a free prototype preview of your custom lead engine. The preview is provided without obligation and does not commit you to any paid plan. We may contact you about the preview using the details you provide on the intake form.

3. Pricing and plans

• Setup fee: a one-off setup fee may apply to build and launch your custom lead engine.
• Entry trial: a rolling monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime.
• Retainers: recurring monthly retainers for ongoing services such as review automation and voice AI, agreed separately.

All prices are quoted in euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We will confirm the exact price for your service before any payment is taken.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business and contact details.
• You are responsible for the content, pricing, and accuracy of the information shown in your lead magnet.
• You are responsible for handling the leads we deliver and for complying with your own data-protection duties when you contact prospects.
• You confirm you have the right to add our embed code to your website and that doing so does not breach any agreement you have with your website provider.

5. Your website stays yours

We do not redesign or take control of your existing website. Our tool is added behind a single button and your site remains otherwise untouched. You remain responsible for your website and its hosting.

6. Lead delivery

We use reasonable efforts to deliver captured leads to your nominated inbox in real time. We cannot guarantee delivery where an email is blocked, filtered, or delayed by your email provider. We are not liable for lost or delayed leads caused by factors outside our control.

7. No guarantee of results

While our tools are designed to capture more leads than a standard contact form, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, enquiries, or sales. Results depend on your website traffic, your industry, and how you follow up with prospects.

8. Intellectual property

We own the design, code, and logic of the lead engines we build until any setup fee is paid in full. Your branding, logo, and content remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to display your branding within the tool we build for you.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Rolling monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by Irish consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the "last updated" date shown above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
